I accept the following forms of payment: Cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover.
There will be a $50 fee for any returned checks.
Any accounts that are over 90 days due may be sent to a collections agency unless a payment plan is set up.

The following fee schedule is effective as of January 2024

| 30 minute established patient | $135 |
| 45-50 minute established patient | $160 |
| Family appointments (with or without patient) | $200 |
| Paperwork/forms/letters (low complexity) | $10-$25 |
| Paperwork/forms/letters (medium complexity) | $35-$85 |
| Paperwork/forms/letter (high complexity) | $85-$300 |
| Deposition/Court appearance (includes travel times) | $900/hour |
